Michael D'Oliveiro is Founder and Principal Advisor, focusing on leading all customer engagements. He has 25 years of experience in the TMT (technology, media and telco) industry, working for large publicly listed companies such as Fastly, Kaltura, Singtel and Telstra.
Michael's track record stems from significant experience in product development and product management for telcos and broadcasters. He has also held senior leadership positions, managing cross-functional teams whilst also owning P&L responsibilities.
He is the author of the recently published reference book entitled 'The Streaming Media Guide', available on Amazon.
CP Lee
CP Lee is a Principal Advisor, specialising in security and engineering. He has close to 30 years of experience in the technology sector, working for large multinationals like Apple and HBO and leading pan-regional engineering teams as CTO/CISO at Mola TV.
Over the years, he has guided cross‑functional teams across APAC, Europe, and the Americas, scaling platforms, building ecosystems, and driving digital transformation across complex, regulated environments. Whether launching AI‑powered customer solutions or modernising legacy systems, CP also approaches work with quiet confidence and strategic clarity - the kind that listens deeply, acts deliberately, and builds momentum through trust.

Stephen Gillies is a Principal Advisor, specialising in cybersecurity. Throughout his 30+ year career with companies like Cyclades, Cisco, MobileIron, and Fastly, Stephen has architected practical, scalable security solutions for mobile and web infrastructure. He bridges the gap between technical complexity and business strategy for CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
